Org chat as well as vicinity chat are meant to be primarily "In Character" spaces. When OOC chat is used, we seperate it by using some kind of bracets ie: ((my name is christina)). We strongly encourage members to be a bit creative so that almost anything can be discussed "In Character" {IC}. For example, you can talk about "doing some assignments for OT hoping to get your next promotion" rather than grinding to your next ding, hehe.

   If you meet someone you think would be a good addition to the Org, you should start by showing them to the gridspace. There they can leave a message for recruitment. Also you may want to let one of the recruiters know about the potential applicant, so they can buzz their comm.

   After one week in the ~SoS~ applicants may be promoted to unit member. Further promotions come when a member joins a department, and are awarded by the department General.
